Golden Lions breaks camp as the storm lets up and finally finishes its journey to the Rillwater. Brother Garrik decides he can visit the monastery itself after a real night’s rest and the group
The Lions settle at The Shallows, only tavern at the Monastery that has rooms for rent. While enjoying a simple meal there they meat Geva Tenley, a merchant from Carenhold. Geva had come to Rillwater on business and was looking for an escort for the return trip, which Garrik agreed to provide considering he wanted to start his investigations at the capitol anyway.
